Senior Power Systems Engineer

Position: Principal Power Systems Engineer
Location: HQ Brisbane or remote anywhere in Aus.
Salary: up to $190.000

• Work on a wide range of projects across the renewable energy sector, specifically major renewable energy projects connected to the NEM.
• Conduct high-quality power system studies for renewable energy projects, collaborating with developers, investors, NSPs, and AEMO.
• Design technical solutions for complex network and connection issues, and resolve specific connection challenges for projects.
• Collaborate with internal & APAC-wide teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, HV Power System Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in a similar role within power, energy, or other relevant industries.
• Experience with power systems modeling and analysis tools such as PSS/E, PSCAD, and PowerFactory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
