The Position:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take a lead role in the design and delivery of multi-residential projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, sustainability, and functionality. You will collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and our in-house design team to create innovative and efficient living spaces that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of multi-residential projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to define project goals and objectives.
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals.
• Oversee project teams and mentor junior staff.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and progress.
• Work closely with the construction team to resolve on-site issues and ensure project delivery aligns with the design intent.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in multi-residential architecture.

• Architect with 5+ years post-registration experience in Australia.
• Registered Design and Building Practitioner.
• Proven experience delivering multi-residential projects through construction.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong design and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
