- 10 + years, Commercial Management, MEP Services, brownfield, live environment essential, hospital and HV experience
- Technical understanding of Data Centre or Health Infrastructure – HVAC, Electrical, Generators, Fire, Security and BMS
- Professional/tertiary qualification in project management, engineering or construction
- A minimum of 7 + years project management experience, preferably gained within a Data Centre or similar technical environment.
- Contract Administration
- Advanced Microsoft skills are essential and Primavera skills will be highly regarded
- Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
