Senior Quantity Surveyor

The Opportunity
Due to continued success and a growing client base, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager
with a minimum of 3 to 5+ years
of relevant experience to join their Sydney CBD-based team. This role offers some flexible working arrangements and clear pathways for career advancement as the firm continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert cost management services.
- Devlievering construction / fit out projects for a key national client.
- Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
- Managing procurement strategies, tender reviews, and contract administration.
- Delivering accurate cost reporting and risk analysis to ensure project success.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve client objectives.
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- MRICS prefered.
- Pre contract and post contract deliverable experience.
- A minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience, ideally within the construction or property sectors.
- Ability to lead a small team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
