Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Supervisor, to manage between 3-4 sites with a combined value of around $20m.
The Role:
Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:
- Supervise and managing the construction of 1,2 & 3 storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional and integral manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure the highest standards of quality is delivered
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Strong site management experience managing luxury homes, in excess of $2m+ each (Essential)
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Fantastic eye for detail and unwavering standards
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
