Due to their continued success in the open tender market, there is an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager
to join their team and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to deliver multi level fitout and refurbishment project in the CBD, valued $35m.
As the Site Manager
you will be responsible for:
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager working for a Head Contractor within the commercial fitout and refurbishment space.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Trade Background
- Drive and focus for career progression
- Broad knowledge of OH&S
- Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadline
- Procore Experience a plus
- A salary of up to $170,000 + Super
