What your day looks like:
On-site delivery of custom, high-end residential projects ranging between $3m - $10m.
As the Site Manager You’ll ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all site activities, including subcontractors and trades.
- Drive construction schedules to achieve timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, safety standards, and project specifications.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential projects $3m+
- Basement experience essential.
- Carpentry background preferred.
