We're seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a leading national D&C Fit Out builder. If you have a strong track record in commercial fit-outs and are ready to take on challenging projects in Melbourne, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You'll lead the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site operations specifically for fit-out projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, ensuring they meet all fit-out specifications and project timelines.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the fit-out process.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project objectives are fully met.
- Monitor progress closely and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the fit-out phase.
- Specialised Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in commercial fit-outs, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced fit-out environment.
- Communication Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders and site teams.
