Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and safety.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays to minimize disruptions and meet project milestones.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.
- Minimum three years’ experience as a Site Manager/Supervisor for a Head Contractor on apartment projects.
- Carpentry background
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on quality and safety.
