Are you a Site Manager
with a strong background in commercial fit-outs?
We are working with a leading construction company delivering a high-end office fit-out
in Balmain, and they need an experienced Site Manager to take charge. This is a 3-month contract role
with an immediate start, offering a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded builder known for delivering quality projects on time.
The Role:
As Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day site operations and ensuring the project runs smoothly.
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to meet deadlines.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
- Overseeing site safety, compliance, and quality control.
- Problem-solving and proactively addressing any challenges that arise.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and trades
- Ability to drive a fast-paced project and maintain high-quality standards
- A solid understanding of construction programs, OH&S, and site safety regulations

White Card essential; a trade background or construction management qualification preferred
