We are
seeking an experienced Site Manager
for a 7-month contract in Balgowlah.
This project involves refurbishing an existing hospitality building / Pub
with a small structural extension
to create a detailed indoor/outdoor space.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee refurbishment works and minor structural extensions
- Manage site operations, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Maintain site safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Liaise with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving
- Proven experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within hospitality, commercial, or club settings
- Ability to handle detailed finishes and work with both indoor and outdoor structures
- Some exposure to structural works —while deep structural expertise isn’t required, an understanding of minor extensions is beneficial
- Strong leadership and site coordination skills, ensuring smooth project execution
- Exciting, well-defined project in Sydney’s Northern Beaches
