Site Manager
Design & Build Recruitment is working with a national tier 3 construction company. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, our client takes pride in creating long lasting relationships through excellent service, and quality of the end project. Our client is based in Brisbane, and searching for a Northside based site manager to run a $35M mixed use commercial full D&C project. This is a permanent and long term position with other projects in the pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, safety, quality, & subcontractors
- Develop and implement construction schedules
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality
- Foster a positive, high performing, & collaborative working environment
- Keep on top of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure project compliance
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial new build projects $30M+
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and best practices
- Excellent leadership
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced construction environment
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
- Values teamwork and camaraderie
