We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a leading Tier 3 builder. If you have a strong track record in commercial projects and are ready to take on challenging projects in Perth, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
This is for an exciting new project located near the centre of Perth, valued $30m.
As the Site Manager
you will be directly responsible for the control of the site team and its activities, including:
- Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
- Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule
- Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders
- Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
- Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements to be considered for the Site Manager role:
- A minimum of 2 years Site Management experience delivering commercial projects with a head contractor
- Drive and focus for career progression
- Broad knowledge of OH&S
- Great management skills which will enable the team of sub-contractors to have the drive and motivation to meet deadlines
- A good understanding of software - Procore ideal
- Successful track record Managing projects $20m Million plus in value
