About the Company:
Our client is a well-established construction company known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and excellence in residential developments. As they embark on exciting new projects, they are looking for a skilled Site Manager to lead the successful delivery of townhouse projects in North Brisbane.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
As Site Manager, you will oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Overseeing daily site operations and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site teams.
- Maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
- Resolving site issues proactively to keep projects on track.
- Supported by two experienced Foremen for smooth site operations.
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
- Proven expertise in residential construction, particularly townhouses.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
- QBCC License (mandatory).
- North Brisbane-based candidates preferred.
