- Supervise and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule trades, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain a safe work environment in line with OH&S practices.
- Provide regular project updates to management and clients.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry, preferably high end
- QBCC License
- Local experience
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, OH&S practices, and quality standards.
