This company builds over 500 project homes across New South Wales. They have projects requiring a supervisor in the southwest. Working in an experienced team and under the supervision of the Construction Manager, you will be overseeing up to 20 - 22 homes.
The role:
- Supervise the build of 20 - 22 new homes in the southwest
- Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
- Manage labour and trades both direct and sub contracted
- Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
- Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
- Resolve any problems
- At least 4 years' experience in a foreman/supervisor/site manager role
- A solid background within residential construction
- Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
- Cert IV in Building and Construction is a must
- Previous experience managing multiple sites
- Previous experience working for a project home builder
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- You will be working under the leadership of a highly respected and experienced Construction Manager who has been in the industry for over 20 years and who has run this department for over 5 years
- Well-developed and organised software systems and databases for coordinating projects from site
