SITE SUPERVISOR

As they continue to expand their operations, they are on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Supervisor to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion, across Brisbane.
- Ensure projects are executed with the highest standards of quality and within specified timelines.
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progression.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and quality control.
- Proven experience in residential constructions as a supervisor, particularly in custom and high end builds
- QBCC License is a MUST.
- Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certificate 3 in Carpentry
