Our client is an established Structural & Civil Engineering consultancy that have been delivering high-quality projects across the Industrial, Commercial, Residential, and Education sectors.
They are currently seeking a Structural Drafter to join their growing team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting skills and a passion for producing accurate, high-quality structural drawings.
We are also willing to consider a Senior Structural Drafter for this position should the experience level match.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers to create accurate structural drawings for industrial, residential and commercial projects.
- Produce high-quality structural plans, elevations, and details using drafting software.
- Assist with the coordination of design changes and revisions as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Australian Standard Design Codes of Practice and relevant building regulations.
- Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and documentation.
- 5+ years local experience as a Structural Drafter, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in Revit software is required.
- Strong understanding of the Australian standard design codes of practice and building regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
