Structural Foreman

Our clients current and future projects are all Brisbane based - no need to travel hours to work. Our client has a well-established and supportive senior leadership team that have years of experience in QLD development and D&C construction. You will not experience a shortage of work.
The Position
To be successful in this role you will have recent experience as a Structural Foreman on high rise multi residential projects circa $50M - $80M. You will have run all structural elements of your project from start to finish.
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of the trades people and sub-contractors on site and be able to push the project in order to achieve timely milestones. Great career progression as the company has confirmed growth. If it is something you are chasing, you will be supported in your progression into a Site Managers position.
Your Experience and Qualifications
- Must have recent experience as a structural foreman
- Large scale high rise multi residential project experience
- Safety mindset
- Attention to detail and a eye for quality
- Experience using One Bread Crumb, Procore, MS Office, & MS Projects
