Design and Build are working with a valued tier one commercial builder to source a Structural Supervisor for large scale $70m projects SOR in Perth.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling works,
- Managing sub contractors and trades
- Manage project budgets and man hours
- Drive projects
- Technical support.
- A high level of building knowledge, in particular finishes
- Good leaderships skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour collaboratively
- Track record of managing the finishes package on large projects ($50m+)
- Skilled in OH&S and IR
- Client-focused approach and approachable
Desired experience:
- Trade background
- Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential on Commercial builds larger than $50m
- Experience working on commercial projects is highly desirable
- Proven experience as a Structures or Civil Foreman working on commercial projects from start to finish.
- Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety
