Design & Build is working with a National Construction company to fill Finishing / fit out Supervisor permanent position. The successful applicant will work on a $50m project SOR in Perth.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Project timeline management
- Scheduling and management of subcontractors
- Professional and well communicated management of the established team
- All facets of Quality Assurance, including defect identification
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Understanding and adhering to OHS and Building standards
- Daily site reporting Project Team
Requirements
- Recent experience working on commercial build projects $20mill +
- Carpentry or Fitout background ideal
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 builder
- Ability to plan, manage and sequence finishes subcontractors
- High level attention to detail
- Will have worked as a Finishes Foreman on several apartment projects
