The Company:

Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to bring onboard a new Site Supervisor to manage 25-30 homes, across the Mandurah region.
The Role:
Reporting to the Senior Management Team, you will have the responsibility for:
- Supervise and manage the construction of single-storey homes
- Allocate materials and trades to job sites
- Ensure timely construction of new homes
- Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
- Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
- Maintain and updating company systems
- Negotiate with subcontractors and coordinating onsite works
- Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1 Years+ experience working as a Site Supervisor residential home builder
- A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
This role would suit somebody who enjoys Site Supervision, but is looking to work in a close knit environment, with the room for progression.
