The Role:
With work throughout the Perth Metropolitan Area, this role will see a passionate, and driven individual manage and supervise large subdivision projects in Perth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee employees, subcontractors and labourers
- Ability to manage and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Have a strong understanding of OH&S methods
- Complete reporting on site records
About You:
- 3+ Years experience working in Civil Construction
- Experience working on local subdivision and land development.
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel to various projects throughout Perth
On Offer:
- Salary between $130,000 - $160,000 (Depending on experience).
