Supervisor – Insurance
Are you an experienced Supervisor with Estimating skills looking for an exciting opportunity in the insurance construction sector? Our client is nationally recognised company specialising in residential and commercial insurance building projects.Responsibilities:
- Manage a variety of insurance building projects across Sunshine Coast
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring projects meet WHS, QA & building codes
- Carry out site assessments to determine cause of damage and return accurate reports
- Scope works, write detailed reports, and manage insurance claims processing
- Provide exceptional customer service & liaise with insurance representatives
- Lead and guide claims management staff
- 5+ years in construction as supervisor and estimator or carpentry trade background
- Experience in insurance repairs, scoping & reporting
- QBCC License & strong understanding of WHS regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer-literate with experience using Prime Software (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Stable, full-time position with career growth opportunities
