Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is on the lookout for a Team Assistant to support their busy and high-performing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a company that values hard work, collaboration, and a can-do attitude.
Role Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day admin and team support across multiple departments
- Coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and data entry
- Supporting HR and Operations with onboarding and scheduling
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
- Site visits when required
- Jumping in wherever needed – no two days are the same!
- Previous experience in a similar admin or team support role
- Industry background in construction, trades, or manufacturing highly regarded
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Someone who enjoys being the go-to person and thrives in a hands-on environment
- Up to $70k + Super
- Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
