to join our team at our Marsden Park facility.
About the Role:
As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of three warehouse sites. With direct oversight of 10 dedicated team members, you will play a key role in ensuring that all warehouse activities meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. As Warehouse Manager, your leadership will help drive operational success in a high-pressure manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:
- The Warehouse Manager will manage day-to-day warehouse operations across three sites, ensuring efficiency and safety at all times.
- As the Warehouse Manager you'll lead, train, and develop a team of 10 direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
- This Warehouse Manager will implement and monitor best practices for inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- The Warehouse Manager will collaborate with production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to support manufacturing processes.
- This Warehouse Manager will ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
- As the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations, optimizing processes and reducing costs.
- This Warehouse Manager role will report directly to the Plant Manager, providing updates on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Experience in inventory management, order fulfillment, and distribution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A proactive approach to safety and compliance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Sound understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
